We FINALLY got a copy of book four in the Skulduggy Pleasant series. It is called "Dark Days" and it was SOOOOO worth the wait. I don't know how this series gets better and better, but it does!

Lucky for us there are AKs (angel killers) trying to protect us. Lots of action and romance in this book. This is the being of a new trilogy!

Mary lives in a walled village in what once was the United States. Outside the walls are the unconsecrated, once alive human beings, but now "infected" and banished to outside the village. Unconsecrated are forced to fight for food - human flesh. The only way to kill an unconsecrated "person" is to cut its head off. Mary's father is missing and assumed to be unconsecrated and her mother was infected and chose to become unconsecrated in order to find her husband. Mary, despite knowing the danger involved is determined to leave her village and find what is beyond her village walls. This is the first book in a trilogy.
